On Wednesday, July 22nd The Salvation Army San Antonio Chapter had their annual gala. As a volunteer, I was privileged enough to attend, and met some wonderful people. The keynote speaker was Olympic gold medalist Josh Davis and he was quite motivational. What a joy to listen to! While at the gala, we were reminded that this year alone there was a 140% increase in the need for The Salvation Army. Please take time to donate and help support such a worthwile cause. Every little bit counts and we could really use the assistance!
